Check Visa Requirment

Are you absolutely certain you have the correct visa (or meet visa-waiver requirements)? It can be a nasty shock to arrive at the airport and find you don't have the correct documents, so check the visa requirments for British Citizens to ensure your visa information is up to date. Check your passport too - many countries require you to have six months left before expiry, so make sure you comply before you go.

Check In

Book your airport travel

Don't leave it until the last minute to decide how you're going to get to the airport. If you're driving, plan your route in advance and pre-book airport parking for the best price. If you're taking public transport, booking in advance will save you money and double-checking train and bus timetables will avoid transport hitches. Booking a taxi in advance will ensure that there's one available when you need it - and the cab firm may have useful advice on journey times, so take it.

Check you Baggage Limit

Check your hold baggage weight restrictions before you pack, especially if you're flying with a budget airline - excess baggage charges are not a good way to start a holiday! Check size limits on hand luggage as well: oversize bags may need to be checked, which may lead to an unexpected charge. Your booking information or the airline website should be able to guide you.

Fast track Check-in

Fast Track (sometimes called Priority Boarding) can be a godsend for families, passengers with reduced mobility and groups travelling together. If you think that hopping on board ahead of time would be a good idea, make sure you book Fast Track with your airline before you leave home.

What to wear on your flight

You may be jetting into sunnier climes, but the inside of an aircraft can be pretty chilly at high altitudes, particularly at night. If you’re not warmly dressed you’ll be uncomfortable, and you’re far less likely to get any sleep if you’re shivering. But once the cabin heats up, you’ll want to know you can keep cool and avoid that stale, sweaty feeling that can blight any journey

Visa, Passport, ESTA

Special Dietary Requirments

If you have special dietary requirements due to medical or religious reasons, some airlines offer a wide selection of special meals to meet your needs. You can make a special request through our travel experts if you purchased your ticket through us at 24 hours before flight departure

Seat Request

If you are travelling in First Class or Business Class, you can request for a specific seat any time from the time of booking. If you are travelling in Economy Class, you can also request for a specific seat if you have purchased your ticket through us. If you purchase the ticket for your infant, we will assign you a seat at a bassinet point, depending on availability. We will do our best to meet your seat request. However, we may occasionally need to reassign seats, due to operational constraints and rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding in these special circumstances.

Special Assistance

While you are onboard try to drink enough water so that you don’t have to face dehydration. Try to check for flight magazine or other gentle exercises that helps you avoiding stiffness and tiredness of body joints. Don’t take heavy meal prior to flight or whilst you are onboard because heavy meals are not easily digestible and may cause inconvenience during the flight.

Travelling with Children

Get Immunised

Some countries require travel vaccinations (particularly for Yellow Fever) as a condition of entry, so it's vital to know if the places you're travelling to are on this list. Check the CDC website for information if you're heading abroad, and remember that you must be vaccinated at least ten days before you travel. For recommended vaccinations and health advice, speak to your GP or a travel clinic well before you leave

Book Your travel Insurance

Does you travel insurance cover what you need? Make sure you read the small print - especially if you're planning to do any unusual sports or activities during your time abroad. Contact your insurer if you'll be heading off the beaten track, and make sure your belongings and healthcare are both adequately covered.
