Can I change my flight?

Seasonal and promotional tickets are usually non-changeable so please contact our customer service team at 02079932713 to check if there is any possibility to extend or shorten your journey.

How to book a flight on website?

Online bookings are currently not available to book online at but you can always call our dedicated customer service team who are happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my Ticket?

Seasonal and promotional tickets are usually non-refundable so please contact our customer service team at 02079932713 to check if there is any possibility to cancel your ticket and apply for a refund.

Is there any penalty to change the flight?

You can rebook your flight if changes are permitted on your ticket’s terms & conditions. Please contact our customer service team for more details.

How to pay?

You can pay over the phone using your debit or credit card, online bank transfer or pay cash at your nearest branch.

Validity of the Passport?

Passport must be at-least 6 months valid before your departure. Please contact your local consulate for more details on travel documents.

Can I board a flights if I am late at check-in?

If you do not appear at Arik Air check-in counter before it shuts, you will be considered as no-show and your reservation will be cancelled. Some tickets are non-changeable in-case of no-show. Please contact our customer service team to check if there’s any possibility to rebook your flight. Penalties may apply.

How to check-in online?

You can use your booking reference number and surname of lead passenger to retrieve your Arik Air booking online. You can check your flight status and print your boarding pass then and there.

Can I book on Hold?

You can book on hold Arik Air reservation and pay at your convenience. A member of our sales team will guide you through the booking procedure and deadline to make the payment. Please adhere to the time limit as booking may cancelled or fares may vary if not paid before deadline.

How to pay for Book on Hold?

You’ll be provided a payment reference number and a time limit to clear the balance. Please use that payment reference when paying online or at cash counter in the bank.

What happens when I have paid for my flight?

After you make a booking and pay monies, your Arik Air booking will be forwarded to the ticketing que and e-ticket will be issued according to the mailing schedule. Once ticket is issued, we will then email that through to you. Please take a print out of the e-ticket and present at check-in counter.

What is my checked-in baggage allowance?

It includes all the items such as suitcases, containers, sports equipment etc. which are weighted and loaded into an aircraft’s baggage compartment. There’s no baggage allowance for infants but children are allowed same as adults.

What is hand Baggage?

Passengers are allowed to carry their hand bags, laptops bags, Nappy bag, documents bags and other important items inside the aircraft. This is additional to the check-in baggage allowance but weight restriction may apply.

Can I buy Extra Baggage?

Yes you are allowed to book extra baggage allowance which is charged depending on your destination and nature of items (sports, bicycles, fragile, extra sized).

Can I book a flight for Unaccompanied Minor?

You can book an unaccompanied minor on Arik Air flight. Child’s age must be between 5-12 years and necessary documents and a letter of consent are required from guardians.

Can I pre-book Special assistance?

Special Assistance must be requested at the time of booking or at-least 72 hours prior to departure to ensure the availability and supply of assistance.
